Terms of service.

A request is not an appointment. Submitting a service call request or a quote request does not create a contract or a confirmed booking. We call to confirm the same business day. Requests sent after 5 PM get a call the next business morning. A visit is scheduled only when one of our team confirms it with you.

Prices. Prices published on the site are current when posted and may change without notice. Work beyond a published fee is quoted before it starts. If the site and a written estimate or invoice differ, the written estimate or invoice controls.

Accuracy. We work to keep product, brand, and service information accurate, but specifications, availability, and manufacturer programs change, and the site may contain errors. Confirm anything important with one of our shops before relying on it.

Equipment sales, installation, and service are governed by the written estimate, work order, or invoice for that job, together with any warranty stated on it. Those documents control if they conflict with these terms.

Equipment is covered by its manufacturer's warranty, on the manufacturer's terms. Our labor warranty is the one stated on your invoice. No other warranty is created by anything on this site.

Program. Langer Krell Service Messages are text messages (SMS and MMS) from our shops to customers and prospective customers about their requests and their jobs.

How you opt in. You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, whether on a website form, over the phone, in one of our shops, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any goods or services.

What we send. Replies to your inquiry, service call and appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, quote and estimate follow-ups, repair status and pickup notices, invoices and payment reminders, and requests for feedback after a job. We send promotional texts only if you have separately agreed to receive them.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your request and your job. Message and data rates may apply, according to your wireless plan.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no more after that. To start again, reply START or tell us you want texts again.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, call 305-326-9555, or email info@langerkrell.com.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and is not guaranteed.

Your number. You confirm that the mobile number you give us is yours or that you are authorized to use it. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned so that messages do not reach someone else.

Privacy. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the text messaging section of our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or spam requests, or requests for a person who has not asked you to act for them.
• Interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or try to get around its rate limits or security measures.
• Use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose.
• Copy the site in bulk to republish it or to build a competing service.

AI assistants and agents. Automated agents are welcome to read the site, its plain text index, and its JSON API, and to submit a service call or quote request for a real customer who has asked them to. The person on whose behalf a request is made is responsible for the information in it. See the agent guide.

The text, photographs, and design of this site belong to Langer Krell or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may view, quote, and link to the site for personal use or to refer someone to us. The names and logos of the manufacturers we represent are trademarks of their owners and appear here to identify the products we sell and service.

Information on the site about equipment, installation, and troubleshooting is general. It does not replace an inspection by a qualified technician, the manufacturer's instructions, official charts and notices, or the judgment of the person operating the vessel. Marine electronics are aids to navigation, and the operator remains responsible for the safe operation of the vessel at all times.

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties about the site, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components. This section applies to the website only. It does not limit any written warranty we give you on equipment or labor.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Langer Krell and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or its text messages, or from your inability to use them. Our total liability for any claim arising from the site is limited to one hundred dollars. Liability for sales and service work is governed by the estimate, work order, or invoice for that job, not by this section.

You agree to indemnify and hold Langer Krell harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, that arise from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised. Using the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
