What a request means

A service call request is not a confirmed appointment. We call to confirm the same business day. Requests sent after 5 PM get a call the next business morning. Tell your user that, and give them the reference number the API returns. The shop does not take payment online. A dockside service call is $145; everything else is quoted after a technician looks at the boat.
