That has been the goal since 1965. - We answer the phone. Call any of our three shops and a person picks up. Service has its own toll-free line. - We take our shoes off. Before we step aboard. Then we dress every cable, label every run, and wipe the boat down on our way out. - We do it right. FCC-licensed, NMEA-certified technicians. Complete packages. A sea trial and onboard instruction with every installation. - We make it right. Two-year warranty on our labor. If anything is wrong, we come back. A technician comes to your boat, diagnoses the problem, and tells you what the fix will take before any further work starts. - In-house bench checkout: $29.95 for small equipment (VHF radio, Digital depth, Small fishfinder, Small GPS display, Stereo, amplifier, or speaker); $39.95 for large displays and modules (Fishfinder, 6 in and up, GPS chartplotter, 6 in and up, Black box sonar module); $199.95 for systems that need setup (Autopilot, Radar, Single sideband radio, Fixed-mount satellite phone, Satellite TV dome, FLIR thermal camera); $150 for data and software (Waypoint transfer and format conversion, SD card included, Software updates, MMSI change). Requests sent after 5 PM get a call the next business morning. ## Electronics Maintenance Program A technician on your boat every quarter, and on the phone in between, keeping every display, sensor, and connection ready for the day you want to go. Salt air, heat, and vibration work on every connection from the day you take delivery. Most of the failures we see are a corroded terminal or a loose connection that could have been prevented. A modern helm is also a network: GPS, radar, autopilot, audio, and auxiliary equipment all rely on each other, so a fault in one component can show up as a symptom somewhere else. Every visit: - Inspect and treat every electronics connection and terminal - Corrosion protection on plugs, terminals, and antenna bases - Software, firmware, and chart updates on all displays and modules - Network health check: backbone, drops, and power - GPS, radar, autopilot, audio, antennas, and transducers checked - Voltage and ground checks at the electronics - Written report with photos after each visit What members get: - Four scheduled visits a year, at your slip or at our shop - Priority scheduling, in season and out - No trip charge on service calls between visits - Discounted labor rate on any work outside the program - Remote support by phone or video when you are on the water and something is not right - Helm refresher training whenever you want one Billed annually. Monthly billing available. Boats over 70 ft are quoted individually. Parts and repairs found during a visit are quoted and approved by you before work starts. ## Services ### Sales & System Design Every major brand in stock, and a sales team that designs complete, integrated systems, not just line items. - Deep inventory across every major marine electronics manufacturer, with same-day order processing. - System design for full helm packages: chartplotters, radar, sonar, autopilot, communications, and networking that actually work together. - Complete installation packages quoted up front: transducers, antennas, cabling, and hardware included, with no surprise add-ons. - Competitive pricing backed by six decades of manufacturer relationships. ### Installation Factory-trained installers with experience on everything from center consoles to 160-foot motor yachts. - Dockside installation at your marina, anywhere from Palm Beach to Key West. - Full helm refits: custom panel fabrication, NMEA 2000 networks, and clean cable runs that pass survey. - NMEA-certified and FCC-licensed technicians on staff. - Experience across Hatteras, Viking, Bertram, Westport, Pershing, Cheoy Lee, Horizon, Lazzara, Hargrave, and more. ### Service & Repair Factory-certified in-house repair for the brands we sell, backed by a two-year warranty on all of our labor. - Factory-authorized warranty service for major manufacturers, performed by our own bench technicians. - Two-year warranty on all installation labor. - Diagnostics and troubleshooting for electronics we didn't install, too. - Fully insured, with real tech support on the phone. ### Sea Trials & Training Every installation ends with a sea trial and onboard instruction, so the system is proven underway before we hand it over. - Complimentary sea trial with every installation to calibrate, tune, and prove the system underway. - Onboard training so you and your crew get full use of the system. - Radar tuning, sonar setup, autopilot sea-state calibration, and network walk-throughs. - Follow-up support whenever a question comes up later. ## Systems we sell and install - Navigation & sonar: Chartplotters, multifunction displays, and transducers, networked so every screen at every helm shows the same picture.
